Instant Pot Salmon and Rice
Ingredients 1 cup of long-grain white rice 1 1/4 cups of water 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables 1/2 tsp of salt 2-3 frozen salmon fillets 1 tsp Seasoning Mix (your choice) Instructions Rinse rice thoroughly in a fine mesh sieve until the water runs clear. Mix the rice, water, frozen vegetables and salt in the bowl of a 6qt Instant Pot. Lay the frozen salmon on top of the mixture and coat with seasoning mix. Lock the lid and cook for 4 minutes at high pressure (no keep warm). When the cooking time is up, quick release the pressure after 5 minutes.
