Instant Pot Salmon and Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of long-grain white rice
- 1 1/4 cups of water
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2-3 frozen salmon fillets
- 1 tsp Seasoning Mix (your choice)
Instructions
- Rinse rice thoroughly in a fine mesh sieve until the water runs clear.
- Mix the rice, water, frozen vegetables and salt in the bowl of a 6qt Instant Pot.
- Lay the frozen salmon on top of the mixture and coat with seasoning mix.
- Lock the lid and cook for 4 minutes at high pressure (no keep warm).
- When the cooking time is up, quick release the pressure after 5 minutes.
- Transfer cooked salmon and rice to a warm plate and serve.
